Miami Heat have had a great offseason so far, but it seems that Pat Riley isn't done yet. After resigning Dwyane Wade and Goran Dragic along with a few more players and also drafting Justise Winslow, Riley may want to make a few more moves and bring a couple more free agents to the South Beach.
One of the names that you could hear most frequently when it comes to signing with Miami is Jamal Crawford. Crawford, who was a backup shooting guard of the Los Angeles Clippers last season, would be a bench player for the Heat as well and help the team with his scoring ability. Since it is unsure how many games Dwyane Wade will play, bringing Crawford to Miami may be a good idea. Yes, the Heat already brought Gerald Green who is a shooting guard, but one more wouldn't hurt.
After Crawford, Miami was linked to two of their former players: Dorrell Wright and Ray Allen. Wright expressed wish for playing for the Heat once again while it seems that Allen still hasn't made his mind up. Of course, if Miami signs Crawford then they most likely will not sign Allen since they play at the same position, and maybe not even Wright due to roster space.
Miami Heat roster looks very good at the moment and they could be serious contenders next season. There are also rumors of the team chasing Kevin Durant next summer, so we might see the Heat on the rise again very soon!
