Could Miami Heat Trade for John Wall?

Jennifer Stewart-USA TODAY Sports

John Wall is one of the best point guards in the league, but it is maybe time for him to find another team. There have been many rumors that he has issues with his backcourt partner Bradley Beal, and recently Wall admitted it, saying that they have a tendency to dislike each other. With such chemistry issues within the team, the Wizards won't get far and they will have to do something about it.

If one of them has to go, it is hard to think that it will be Beal as he just re-signed with the Wizards this summer, for five more years. Beal will be paid $128 million over that period, while Wall has three more years left on his contract and will be paid much less money than Beal. If the Wizards wanted to trade one of them, which will most likely happen, it would be hard to find someone who would take Beal's contract as it's big and overpriced.

On the other side, there would be many teams interested in John Wall as he is a valuable asset and one of the best playmakers in the NBA. Miami Heat would definitely be one of those teams as Wall would fit perfectly in the team and the Heat would have a new Big 3 with him, Chris Bosh and Hassan Whiteside. They would most likely have to give up on Goran Dragic, or one of the younger guys who have been playing incredibly well lately. However, with Wall on the team and rest of the roster, Miami Heat could make significant results and Wall would finally play for a winning franchise.

It might be too early to talk about John Wall's trade right now, but the fact is that it could happen anytime. If the Wizards have a bad start of the season, it is very likely that either Beal or Wall will get traded and considering the situation, Wall would be the one to get a boot first. Do you think the Miami Heat has a good chance of acquiring him?
