Dwyane Wade Comments About His Retirement

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Dwyane Wade recently stepped out of his comfort zone and took a nude photo for ESPN's 2016 Body Issue. During that, he had an interview where he commented about many things, including his health, injuries, the past season and the future.

Wade commented about all the injuries he has gone through, to still come up to the top and become a multiple NBA champion. Among positive things he mentioned how he felt that he was 28 for the past season and he said that at times he looked as young himself. What was most important is that he said that he is not done yet. Wade has no plans to retire soon and will continue playing basketball for a couple of more years. According to his words, he still has some good years left. Here is the full quote:

I never envisioned that I would be playing this long. I think I always told myself that my body would tell me, "Hey, I gave you enough, it's time." So whenever my body tells me that, I'll listen to it and then I'll make that decision. But nah, I'm not there yet. I've got some good years left.
