Kevin Durant could bring his talents to South Beach this summer and according to Stephen A. Smith, he should do it. Durant will be a free agent after this season is over and every team will compete to sign him. His season may be over in a few games as the Oklahoma City Thunder got blown out in the first game of the series against the San Antonio Spurs.
Miami Heat are also playing in the second round of the playoffs and their first game will be played on May 3, against the Toronto Raptors. Despite their troubles throughout the season and the loss of one of their best players, Chris Bosh, the Heat have managed to reach the playoffs and get to the second round and that's may not be their last playoffs series either.
Heat Pat Riley brought top free agents to Miami in 2010, when Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh joined forces. Could he do it again? Durant will need to be paid a lot as he will be a top free agent this summer, but he'd probably take a discount if it would mean winning a championship, and the Miami Heat have a championship culture.
